The outstandingly accommodating staff provides excellent service. The room is updated and modern, with a seating area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom is clean.

Spotlessly clean, great value hotel, its location was nice and ideal and just next door to downtown area as well as many stores and restaurants. Very helpful staff, couldn't ask for more.

The hotel in Harahan is stunningly beautiful and modern. the staff is very friendly and offers excellent service. the location is convenient for accessing various attractions and is close to popular restaurants, shops, and Po-boy eateries.

The staff was Friendly.. helpful giving directions to locate stores.. made us feel welcome at check in. The two ladies Saturday were awesome. The gentleman I met Sunday morning was great to chat with while I was making my coffee... the room was nice and clean and comfy.
I cannot say anything negative about our stay..

Changed room three times. People in hallway outside of room talking loudly. Had security to ask them to leave. Parking wasn't that great.

It was a very nice hotel for the price. I loved the breakfast buffet. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Our toilet overflowed in our first room but we were moved directly across the hall within minutes.
Pool was a little small but those seem hard to come by in the area.

The bed was very comfortable and we are particular about that due to back problems. The service was very personal and we liked that.
